Our rates are $2 per call. As written below, this is regardless of the date, time or length of the call. We require a minimum of 25 calls per week. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – including Sundays and holidays. So whenever you are working, we are working with you. Our live agents are always on hand to assist your callers, ensuring that your customers always have someone to talk to.
In addition, you will have a dedicated account manager who will respond to your needs in 24 hours or less via phone, text, email, or WhatsApp. Whatever you need, we are just a phone call away.

Calls under 20s are Free
There are many reasons why you may get a call that is over in less than 20 seconds. Whether it’s Angie’s List calling to offer you service, a misdialed call from someone who does not need service or a customer who calls and then hangs up right away. The fact is, these things happen. Regardless of the reason, any call we get that is under 20 seconds, we don’t charge you for it. This is to ensure that the focus is on the core of your business, you don’t pay for anything that doesn’t serve you, and that your costs are kept low.
Free Outbound Calls
Many times and for many reasons, a customer may call and hang up right away. Other times a customer loses cell reception in the middle of a call. Whatever the reason, in all cases that warrant a call back, our agents will immediately call the customer 3 times and try to get them back on the phone to complete the lead. When these things happen, these calls are completely free. Regardless of the reason, regardless of the situation, when we make an outbound call for you, it is free.
Local Caller ID
We understand that credibility is very important when communicating with a customer. You will be asked for a lot of personal information when we collect a lead. Information like their name, their number, and in many cases their home address. In order for them to feel comfortable giving this information, it is important that they feel that we are in their area. For this reason, we will use a local number of your choice to make all outbound calls to customers. That way, they never feel like they’re talking to a stranger millions of miles away, but to someone just down the street ready to help.

There are no penalties for starting or discontinuing our services, so you have the flexibility to use us at your convenience.
