Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be receiving inbound inquiry calls for the service our client is attempting to market. Your primary role is to convert these inquiries into leads by convincing customers that our service provider is the best suited to their needs.
We then forward these leads to an affiliated emergency service provider located in the U.S. who then renders the desired service.
We also provide negotiation and mediation services if a customer is dissatisfied with our service providers work or pricing in order to close a deal in addition to limited back end support with very basic accounting procedures.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– We prefer candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in an international process, preferably U.S. based. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task are a must, as long as these two traits are present there is no minimal education requirement for a candidate.
